You’ll learn how to pick the right weights, effectively engage your pelvic floor, and target your core and glutes with efficient, time-saving exercises. Each week focuses on key muscle groups, breath work, and mobility, plus you’ll get personalized support in a small group setting. With biweekly group calls and expert guidance, you'll build strength, avoid injury, and feel empowered to crush your fitness goals!

Misama Sculpt & Mobility (online)

MISAMA SCULPT: An online mat Pilates program designed specifically for pelvic health, by pelvic health professionals (aka: Dream Team of Pelvic Floor PT's and certified Pilates instructor). This series will take you through 25 minutes of targeted, strength-based flows to support both your nervous system & muscles each class. Included with this program are specific pelvic floor tips, tricks, and cues to ensure you are making the most of your time.
