Misama’s Postpartum Strength Training Series is a 6-week program to help moms feel confident in the gym! You’ll learn how to pick the right weights, effectively engage your pelvic floor, and target your core and glutes with efficient, time-saving exercises. Each week focuses on key muscle groups, breath work, and mobility, plus you’ll get personalized support in a small group setting. With biweekly group calls and expert guidance, you'll build strength, avoid injury, and feel empowered to crush your fitness goals!

Misama Align: Mat Pilates

Misama Align: Mat Pilates is a full-body flow designed for moms-to-be, new moms, and people of all ages and stages wanting to build strength, improve alignment, and move with intention. Led by Jane, our certified pre/postnatal Pilates instructor, this class will leave you feeling strong, centered, and ready for your day. Bring water, grip socks (optional), and your mat!
