We now offer both instructor-led reformer Pilates classes and kiosk classes, giving you the flexibility to enjoy expert programming with or without a live instructor. Whether you prefer hands-on guidance or an independent workout, we've got an option for you.
Instructor Led Classes
All of our classes are pelvic floor–informed and designed to be accessible to support every stage of life and fitness level. Whether you're new to Pilates or a seasoned mover, modifications and progressions are offered so you can move confidently at your own level. Pregnancy and postpartum-safe options are available.

Misama Flow is an all-levels reformer Pilates class designed to help you improve core connection, mobility and move with confidence. Through intentional, full-body movement, you'll focus on core stability, balance, posture, and coordination while flowing through a reformer Pilates workout.
Focus: Pelvic floor + deep core connection
Time: 50 minute Class

Misama Strong is an all-levels reformer Pilates class designed to help you build strength, and improve stability. Through intentional, strength-focused movement, you'll challenge your muscles, enhance endurance, and focus on deep core and functional movement patterns. This class incorporates a variety of props, such as weights, bands, and Pilates accessories, to add challenge, variety, and support throughout your workout.
Focus: Functional strength with core stability.

Misama Jump is an all-levels reformer Pilates class designed to help you build bone density, maximize heart health, and increase your overall energy through dynamic movement using the jump board.
Through purposeful, strength-focused exercises, you'll challenge your muscles, improve muscular endurance, and reinforce functional movement patterns that support everyday life. This class incorporates a variety of Pilates props to add versatility, challenge, and creativity to each workout.
Focus: Improved bone density and heart health and increase your overall energy

Misama Basics is a beginner-friendly reformer Pilates class designed to help you learn the fundamentals, build confidence, and become familiar with the reformer. Through guided instruction, you'll review the equipment itself while learning foundational movements, breathing techniques, and proper alignment to create a strong foundation for future classes. Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to refresh the basics, this class offers a supportive environment that meets you where you are.
This is a semi private instructor led trio class.

Reformer Kiosk Classes
Looking for the flexibility to fit Pilates into your schedule?
Our Reformer Kiosk classes offer the flexibility to enjoy Pilates whenever it fits your day. Available to book online every 45 minutes during clinic hours (outside of instructor-led classes), these self-guided sessions use the Your Reformer kiosk to lead you through a professionally designed workout from start to finish.
The kiosk offer over 1,000+ classes that can be filtered to find that perfect class for you that day.
Must complete 1 instructor led class before gaining access to the kiosk. This is to ensure you are familiar with the reformer

Misama Wellness Reformer Pilates Cancellation Policy:
To help ensure all clients have access to class spots, please see our cancellation policy:
Class cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time.
Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice or failure to attend ("no-show") will result in the loss of the class credit or applicable late cancellation fee, in accordance with my membership or package.
Clients using the 2-Week Unlimited Reformer Pilates Introductory Package who late cancel or do not attend a scheduled class will be charged 50% of the regular drop-in class rate ($35), resulting in a $17.50 late cancellation/no-show fee.
