Payment Plans

Misama now offers payment plans on all of our packages using Affirm.

Payment Plan Guidelines:

  • Affirm offers monthly installment plans

    • 6 month, 0% interest

    • 12-18 month with interest

  • Terms are determined by Affirm and are BASED ON YOUR credit history and income level

  • If purchased before your visit, the package will be applied to your next visit.

  • If you have just completed your first visit and would like your first visit to be covered by your package, the following conditions must be met:

    • The plan must be purchased by midnight on the date of your first visit.

    • If your first visit falls on the last day of the month, the plan must be purchased by 5:00 PM that day.

  • If the plan is purchased after the date of your first visit, it will be applied to all future visits only

  • Payment plans cannot be back applied to previous visits or products

  • Please note that a ~3% surcharge is included in the price of packages utilizing payment plans.
