Ready to feel stronger, more supported, and more confident in your workouts? This interactive workshop is designed to help you better understand how your core and pelvic floor work together to manage pressure, so you can lift heavier, move more efficiently, and reduce your risk of injury.
If you’ve ever felt like your core isn’t “turning on,” struggled with leakage during workouts, or dealt with nagging injuries like groin strains, hip pain, or sports hernias—this workshop is for you.
We’ll break down what’s actually happening in your body and give you practical, easy-to-apply strategies you can use immediately in your workouts.
What to expect:
Education on core + pelvic floor connection and pressure management
Movement assessment to identify opportunities for better support
Guided workout with real-time PT cueing (hands-on with consent)
Open Q&A to get your questions answered
